How can we access the back of your property?*
We will always notify you 24 hours before we are due to arrive. Please state 'N/A' if you are not having the back cleaned.
Would you give Mr Reach permission to top-up the van with water whilst at your property? This would involve us attaching a hose to your outside tap for a few minutes.*
The water will then go through our filtration system inside the van. We only use purified water.
