Free shopping service for self-isolating customers


At Mr Reach we want to do everything we can to give back to our local community. Here’s how we are helping during the Coronavirus. Read more about our community work at the bottom of the website homepage here.

Until the UK government advise otherwise, we will continue to clean windows as normal and do not expect any service interruptions. If we are unable to attend for whatever reason, we will give each customer plenty of notice.

Dear Mr Reach customer,

Rick and I have been keeping up-to-date on the latest Coronavirus updates, and have been pondering on what we can do to support our valued customers.

We have decided to help with food shopping and deliveries for vulnerable customers, to enable comfortable and worry-free self-isolation, where possible. Of course, this will be done for no extra charge. The shopping bill can be paid for up front on delivery, or added onto the next invoice.

We would like to reassure all customers that our operatives will follow Public Health England’s advice by washing hands, using alcohol gel, and staying a safe 2-3 metres away from each customer’s door, to avoid the virus spreading.

As a window cleaning company centred around community, if there’s anything more we can do – just ask.
