How do I arrange a quote?

To arrange a quote, simply click on the ‘get a quote’ button on the Mr Reach website home page. Or click here.

We will respond to your inquiry and arrange a convenient time to visit your property and provide a quote. We aim to visit within one working day.

How do I pay for my clean?

Mr Reach is a fully-digital business, accepting only digital payments and cheques – we are a cash-free company.  We accept payments via BACS, GoCardless, PayPal, and ask that any cash is deposited to the Mr Reach bank account. Visit our ‘make a payment’ page.

How do I become a customer?

Once Mr Reach has provided a quote for your property, you are required to complete the new customer form here. This information enables us to deliver a bespoke service that meets all of your needs.

When is my Mr Reach window cleaner due to arrive?

Mr Reach operatives work on a 5-weekly or bi-monthly (8-10 weeks) cycle. When you registered, you would have selected how often you would like your windows to be cleaned.

All Mr Reach operatives work hard to ensure they arrives exactly when your clean is due. You will receive an SMS notification 24-hours before we arrive.
